Return & Exchange Policy

At Urban Makos, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how we make it easy.

Return Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, in original condition with tags intact.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at urbanmakos1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions within 24 hours.
3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. UPI and bank transfer refunds typically reflect within 3–5 business days after processing.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
• Items returned after the 7-day window
• Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

Defective or Wrong Item

If you receive a defective product or the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
